Norwich City Council is seeking an organised administrator to support ASB case allocation, enforcement teams and early intervention services. You will handle reports, enquiries and maintain documentation while coordinating meetings and data. The role requires strong IT skills, accuracy and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
The successful candidate will contribute to customer service excellence, adhere to policies, and support service improvements in a busy local government setting.
To ensure the effective and timely allocation of ASB cases and support the ASB response and enforcement teams to meet team objectives. Provide business administration and support for Early intervention and community safety services, as directed by management.
Key corporate accountabilities
Post holders will be expected to be flexible in their duties and carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade and falling within the general scope of the job, as requested by management.
Duties and responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with relevant Norwich City Council policies and procedures, within legislation and any code of professional ethics of relevant professional body.
