Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a Part-Time Antisocial Behaviour Coordinator to support the Community Safety Team in managing ASB cases, enforcement actions and working with partner agencies to keep communities safe. The role offers flexible remote work with occasional meetings in Maidenhead area and an immediate start.

Contract is for 3 months with PAYE pay at £22.67 per hour and 22 hours per week (Tue-Thu).

Qualifications

• Experience with antisocial behaviour and relevant legislation, including notices.
• Experience in case management and administration, ideally within a local authority.
• Strong communication when dealing with residents and partner agencies.
• Good organisation to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent record-keeping with reports, correspondence and minutes.

Responsibilities

• Manage ASB enquiries and reports, ensuring cases are recorded and allocated correctly.
• Support ASB investigations and enforcement action, including notices and monitoring compliance.
• Coordinate Community Trigger reviews and meet statutory deadlines.
• Arrange meetings and prepare reports, agendas and minutes for partnerships.
• Liaise with partner agencies to support case management and resolve issues.
