Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited seeks an ASB Officer in Bolton on a temporary contract. You will tackle anti-social behaviour, support residents, and work with partners to address community safety concerns, contributing to safer neighbourhoods across the Bolton area.

The role requires handling a varied caseload, exercising sound judgement, ensuring safeguarding and risk management, and maintaining accurate records. A flexible approach, strong communication, and the ability to travel across the locality

Qualifications

• Experience working in ASB, housing management, enforcement or a similar frontline role.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging conversations calmly and professionally.
• Confidence working independently, managing a varied caseload and making sound decisions.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, risk management and health & safety when working in the community.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, including accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• A flexible approach, including willingness to work occasional evenings where required.
• Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel independently).
