Job summary

Harold Jackson Screenprint in East Kilbride is seeking an Artworker – Large Format Print Operator for a full-time, on-site role. You will prepare and finalize artwork for print production, supply proofs to customers, and ensure outputs meet quality standards.

Candidate should be proficient in Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with desirable experience in large format printing and a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide artwork for a wide range of printed materials and signage.
• Supply proofs to customers as required.
• Prepare and finalize artwork for print production to meet quality standards.
• Operate Roland and Arizona large format printers for signage, banners, window graphics, labels, etc.
• Collaborate with Production staff to meet schedules and production best practices.

Artworker – Large Format Print Operator

Harold Jackson Screenprint has established and maintained an enviable reputation for large format screen printing for indoor and outdoor use, we have the knowledge and experience to print on various materials to any size or shape required. All of our signs are manufactured in our East Kilbride facility to British Standards in either Rigid, Self-Adhesive, Aluminium or Dibond Format.

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Artworker / Large Format Printer based in East Kilbride
• To provide artwork for a wide range of printed materials and signage.
• Supply proofs to customers as required.
• Responsible for preparing and finalizing artwork for print production, and ensuring all outputs meet quality standards.
• To operate Roland and Arizona large format printers producing various signage, banners, window graphics, labels, etc
• To work with Production staff ensuring best practice and production schedules are met.

Applicants should be experienced in

• Indesign
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Experience of Large format Printing would be desirable
• Customer focused, polite, responsive, enthusiastic, confident and able to take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
