Job summary

World Vision in Milton Keynes is seeking an Artist & Partnerships Coordinator to join the Ministry Development Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role combines administrative, logistical and operational tasks to support artist engagement, partnerships and Christian events across the UK.

You will coordinate UK and international artist visits, manage schedules and communications, and ensure plans are delivered to a high standard. The position offers hybrid working and a 36.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating artist visits, events or partnerships is essential.
• Strong administrative, logistical and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with church networks and Christian ministry context is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical and operational support to Senior Partnerships Manager and Ministry Development Team.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics of artist visits, tours, and events, including scheduling and travel.
• Maintain calendars, project plans, budgets and records; track milestones and inform stakeholders.
• Build relationships with artists, agents, churches, event organisers and partners.
• Support delivery of events and partnership activities to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Contribute to process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency.
