Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Pizza Chef to lead the pizza station, from dough handling to baking and plating, ensuring quality and consistent service. You’ll demonstrate strong knowledge of dough handling, and work with wood-fired, gas or electric ovens while delivering timely, high-quality pizzas using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced kitchen as a team player with a passion for high standards and exceptional food presentation, and you will contribute to guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a pizza chef in a high-volume environment
• Experience with hand-stretched dough and pizza ovens
• Knowledge of Neapolitan, Roman, and New York pizza styles
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough from scratch or portion dough to spec
• Assemble pizzas per Soho House recipes and presentation standards
• Cook pizzas in various ovens during service while handling multiple orders
• Maintain pizza station hygiene and mise en place
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams for seamless service
• Assist other dishes when required and support kitchen sections
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper storage of ingredients
• Complete daily prep checklists and cleaning duties
