Job summary

Soho House is seeking a dedicated Pizza Chef to lead the pizza station in a fast-paced environment in the UK. You will master dough handling, oversee pizzas from prep through to plating, and ensure consistency and quality across high-volume service.

You’ll work with wood-fired and gas/electric ovens, collaborating closely with chefs and front-of-house teams. Join a team that values training, hospitality excellence, and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a pizza chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven experience with hand-stretched dough.
• Knowledge of Neapolitan, Roman and New York styles of pizza.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough from scratch or portion pre-made dough to spec.
• Assemble pizzas according to Soho House recipes and presentation standards.
• Cook pizzas in a wood-fired or gas/electric oven during service.
• Preheat, clean and maintain the pizza oven before and after shifts.
• Replenish mise en place for the pizza station; toppings, sauces and cheeses.
• Maintain hygiene and organisation at the station throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams for seamless service.
• Assist other dishes when required and support kitchen sections.
• Follow food safety guidelines and complete daily prep checklists.
