Job summary

Primis is seeking an AI Developer to build integrations for Microsoft platforms such as Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and enterprise automation. You will connect AI tools to existing business systems, designing secure, scalable integrations and reusable components.

In this role you’ll collaborate with IT and security teams to implement authentication, CI/CD and monitoring, while delivering practical AI-enabled workflows across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience building integrations with enterprise systems and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API design, connectors and patterns.
• Proven ability to design secure integrations with authentication/authorization.
• Experience with Azure integration services and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring and error handling.

Responsibilities

• Integrate solutions with Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and similar platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations between AI apps and enterprise systems.
• Develop workflows and automation for prioritized AI use cases.

We’re looking for an AI Developer to build the integrations for Microsoft platforms such as Dynamics 365, Service Now and automation that connect AI to real enterprise systems.

The AI Developer is a key member of the AI team, building the integrations, APIs and workflows that let AI applications and agents plug into platforms such as Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow. You should have strong experience with Azure integration services, and Power Automate would be a big plus. As an AI Developer, you’ll build the integrations, workflows and automation that plug AI tools and agents into the systems the business already uses. Your job is to connect AI safely and reliably to the right processes and tools, so it delivers real, practical results rather than just outputs.
