Job summary

Adroit People Limited (UK) in Manchester is seeking an AI & ML Engineer for a 12-month contract with a hybrid model (2 days onsite). The role focuses on Python, PyTorch, transformer architectures, and modern agent frameworks.

You will be packaging and serving models, deploying via containers, CI/CD, and integrating with cloud databases and GPU scheduling. A strong grasp of cost-efficient autoscaling and A/B testing is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models end-to-end.
• Familiar with transformer-based architectures and agent frameworks.
• Hands-on with cloud deployment, GPU scheduling and canary/shadow deployments.
• Knowledge of model monitoring, drift detection and cost-efficient autoscaling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models in a hybrid Manchester environment.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to define requirements.
• Package and serve models using containers and KServe/Vertex endpoints.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor production models for drift.
