Job summary

Christie’s is seeking a Valuations Coordinator to provide administrative support to Estates, Appraisals & Valuations Account Managers. You will assist with cross-category valuations, sale proposals and consignments while handling inquiries and smaller valuations under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a genuine interest in valuations, sharp attention to detail and fluency in German. Strong time management and the ability to work autonomously are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree level or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication.
• Highly organised with ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Estates, Appraisals & Valuations Account Managers.
• Assist with cross-category valuations, sale proposals and consignments.
• Coordinate typing, proofreading valuations and organizing documents in multiple languages.
