About the Role

As an Art Teacher your responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the opportunity to support Key Stage 5 as you develop your skills.
  • Delivering highquality lessons across a variety of mediums including drawing painting mixed media and digital art.
  • Inspiring students to embrace creativity and experiment with their own artistic styles.
  • Tracking student progress providing constructive feedback and supporting their development as artists.
  • Engaging in extracurricular activities such as school exhibitions art clubs and educational trips.
  • Collaborating with fellow Art Teachers to evolve and improve the art curriculum.

Who Were Looking For

We are looking for an Art Teacher who:

  • Holds QTS and a relevant degree in Art Fine Art or Art & Design.
  • Has a passion for Art education and a desire to engage students in creative expression.
  • Is adaptable and brings imagination and energy to teaching.

  • Enjoys collaborating with other Art Teachers and staff to improve teaching practices.
