Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting an Art Teacher for a temporary role in Tamworth, starting on 1 September 2026 and continuing until 23 December 2026. The role is three days a week with steady school hours and a consistent timetable.

The candidate will plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons, supporting pupils to develop knowledge, skills and creativity, while maintaining a positive classroom environment and assessing progress as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art.
• Experience planning and delivering Art lessons.
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong subject knowledge in Art.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Art lessons.

Job description

Flourish Education is recruiting an Art Teacher for a temporary role in Tamworth, starting on 1 September 2026 and continuing until 23 December 2026. This Art Teacher role is available three days a week, offering a consistent timetable with regular school hours.

The role is suited to an Art Teacher who can confidently plan and deliver high-quality lessons, supporting pupils to develop their knowledge, skills, and creativity. The successful candidate will be responsible for lesson planning alongside teaching and will play an important role in supporting pupils throughout the placement.

Job Role

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art

• Passion for delivering high-quality Art lessons that motivate and support pupils
