Job summary

Education Matters Group is recruiting an Art & Photography Teacher for a secondary school in Bromley, starting January 2027. The role is a temporary position with potential for permanency for the right candidate.

You will teach Art and Photography across year groups, planning engaging, practical lessons that foster creativity and independent thinking, while supporting students with photography techniques, portfolio development and GCSE preparation where applicable.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching Art and/or Photography at secondary level.
• Strong practical subject knowledge and a passion for creative education.
• Creates an inspiring, engaging learning environment accommodating varying abilities.
