Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging, high‑quality Art teaching across the school.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and strengthen the Art curriculum.
  • Teach across a range of qualification pathways to support pupil achievement.
  • Continuously review and refine curriculum content to keep it challenging, inspiring and personalised.
  • Provide ongoing support, training and guidance to pupils, watching them grow in confidence, resilience and skill.
