art-K Limited in Beckenham seeks an enthusiastic Art Teacher to deliver engaging lessons for children, support developing artists, and run holiday workshops. You will maintain a safe studio, communicate progress to parents, and lead local community outreach to raise awareness and enrolments.

The role is part-time (26 hours/week) with a fixed schedule, offering structured training and progression opportunities within the art-K network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, skill-based art lessons for children in a welcoming and inspiring environment.
• Support students' artistic development, monitor their progress and build confidence and creativity.
• Deliver engaging holiday workshops during school holidays.
• Maintain an impeccably organised, safe studio space.
• Drive parent relationships through proactive communication, regular progress updates, and swift inquiry resolution.
• Lead local community outreach and promotional events to raise studio awareness, drive enrolments, and build neighborhood partnerships.
