A leading educational institution seeks a passionate and organised Art and Food Technician to support students in practical lessons across both departments. West Somerset College is an all-inclusive college for students aged 13 to 18, located on the edge of the breathtaking Exmoor National Park. We are proud of our commitment to providing a high-quality, well-rounded education, and we are now looking to appoint a passionate and organised Art and Food Technician to support our creative and practical curriculum.
Part-time, 15 hours per week (3 hours per day). 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days). Salary: Band 4, points 5-6. Actual starting salary: £8,568 per annum.
About the Role:
This is a vital role supporting both the Art and Food departments. The successful candidate will assist teaching staff by preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and supporting students during practical lessons.
