Job summary

Babington House is seeking an inspirational and motivated Art & Design Technician to join the department from October 2026. The role provides support and teaching across the Art & Design department within a strong, dynamic team, delivering high quality teaching across the school.

The position is full-time, term-time, 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, with some evening work for events. The school offers a free lunch, access to employee assistance programmes and parking at the nearby sports

Qualifications

• Excellent subject knowledge in Art & Design.
• Strong communication skills with pupils and staff.
• Experience of working within an art and design environment is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and teaching across the Art & Design department.

• Participate in events; some evenings may be required.
