Job summary

Babington House School is seeking an inspirational and motivated Art & Design Technician to join our department in October 2026. The role provides support and teaching across Art & Design, contributing to a strong, dynamic team and ensuring high-quality student learning.

You will have excellent subject knowledge and be an effective communicator, with experience in an art and design environment. The position is full-time, term-time, with some evening events.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within an art and design environment would be highly beneficial.
• Excellent subject knowledge and ability to communicate effectively across the school.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and teaching across the Art & Design department.
• Work as part of a strong, dynamic team delivering high quality teaching across the school.
• Be available for events with some evenings outside core hours (08:00–16:00).
