Inspire Creativity - Art & Design Teacher Wanted in Derby (September 2025 Start)

Are you a passionate Art & Design teacher eager to spark creativity and self-expression in young minds? Tradewind Recruitment is excited to partner with a forward-thinking and welcoming Secondary School in the heart of Derby City. We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and imaginative Teacher of Art & Design to join their vibrant department in September 2025.

This is a full-time, paid-to-scale role, offering the opportunity to teach Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 in a well-resourced, supportive environment that values artistic expression and student development.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Planning and delivering inspiring Art & Design lessons that encourage creativity and critical thinking

• Supporting student growth through constructive feedback and assessment

• Fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture where all students feel confident to express themselves

• Contributing to curriculum development and promoting a rich, engaging visual arts program
