Part-time Fixed Term Position
Location: York
Salary: £25,448 to £26,338 per annum (pro rata: £20,633 to £21,355)
Working Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a part-time Support Technician (30 hours/week) to assist with our Art and Design courses at York St John University.
You will be a member of the Art and Design Specialist Technical team, supporting students and staff with access to equipment and materials.
The role includes overseeing the daily operations of the Store, managing equipment loans, and handling the supply and ordering of course materials.
We seek a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
The successful candidate will join the university's Specialist Technical Team, which is committed to the Technician Commitment, promoting visibility, recognition, career development, and sustainability of technical skills.
