Job summary

Bromley GP Alliance Ltd is seeking an Experienced Practice Nurse (ARRS) to join the PCN across six GP surgeries in Bromley. The post holder will deliver chronic disease management, cervical screening, vaccination programmes and health promotion as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will support preventive care, housebound patients and care coordination across GP practices, ACPs, community services and social care, within NHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Practice Nurse in primary care.
• Experience with cervical screening and vaccination programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine and enhanced nursing services across PCN practices.
• Undertake chronic disease reviews and management for long‑term conditions.
• Provide cervical screening services in line with NHS standards.
• Deliver adult and child vaccination programmes.
• Support care for frail and housebound patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in governance.
