Job summary

Coventry Navigation 1 PCN is seeking a highly motivated GP to join our multidisciplinary team under the NHS ARRS scheme. The role involves face-to-face and phone consultations, home and nursing home visits, and active participation in care planning and patient management across our Coventry network.

Applicants must hold GMC registration with a licence to practise, be on or eligible for the Medical Performers List, and have NHS GP experience.

Qualifications

• Registered GP with GMC license to practise.
• CCT or equivalent for General Practice registration.
• Included on Medical Performers List or eligible, as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical duties at agreed GP surgeries.
• Undertake home visits and telephone queries from patients.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions in presenting cases.
• Attend on-call duties as part of the surgery rota.
• Record notes and issue prescriptions digitally where possible.
• Develop care plans in line with NICE and practice protocols.
