We are seeking a passionate Centre Manager to lead a Flying Start childcare setting in Carmarthenshire. The role is currently 22 hours per week and pro-rata'd if hours change, with a salary hourly rate of £18.96–£21.43.

This post is currently 22 hours per week due to childcare operating during morning sessions. There may be a possibility of increased hours dependent on demand for the service in line with Welsh Governments expansion of funded childcare.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, play-based learning for children aged 2 to 3 years, creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive, develop, and reach their full potential.
Level 3 - You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
