Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Site Manager for a £250m arena project in the South Wales area. You will lead dry-lining delivery on-site within a tier 1 Main Contractor, ensuring safety, quality and programme targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, drawing interpretation, and effective liaison with the client and project team to deliver the works on time and within budget. Cardiff regional office supports future pipelines in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience on large-scale builds.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Comfortable managing budgets, schedules and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality procedures.
• Manage subcontract packages and sections of work.
• Ensure quality and delivery within budget and programme.
• Client liaison and reporting.
• Plan and design activities and oversee engineering/records.
• Oversee risk assessments and method statements.
• Manage site inductions and short-term programmes.
• Organise site logistics and control costs.
