Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking an Area Veterinary Surgeon to cover the SE London & Kent border region. The role involves routine surgeries and consultations with possible sole charge work, across multiple practices, with flexibility and exposure to varied cases and development opportunities.

You’ll work with certificate holders in Surgery, Orthopaedics, Dermatology and Small Animal Medicine, and you’ll need a Veterinary degree and RCVS registration (or eligibility).

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development.
• Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine surgeries and consultations with the possibility of sole charge work.
• Work across multiple practices in the SE London & Kent border region.
• Support clinical exposure and development, including opportunities with certificate holders in Surgery, Orthopaedics, Dermatology and Small Animal Medicine.

We are excited to be looking for a Area Veterinary Surgeon to cover inspiring vet care in parts of the SE London & Kent border region. The role will involve carrying out routine surgeries and consultations with the possibility of sole charge work. You will work across multiple practices in the region. This role offers a great deal of flexibility and exposure to a variety of cases supporting clinical exposure and development. This opportunity also allows the opportunity to work with certificate holders including those with certificates in Surgery, Orthopaedics, Dermatology and Small Animal Medicine.
