Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly UK team across two sites (1066 and Bexhill). You will contribute to high-quality patient care while travelling between locations with a company car provided.

The role offers CPD support and progression opportunities, with a salary up to £75,000 DOE and a fully furnished 1-bedroom flat. A welcome bonus and relocation assistance are available to new joiners.

• Veterinary degree and registration with the RCVS are required or eligibility to register.
• Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team. You will ideally work across 2 sites (1066 and Bexhill); however, we are flexible, and you can be based at one if preferred (we have a company car to travel across sites).

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.

You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care while leading and supporting those around you.

Working Pattern

• 4 or 5 days per week, with hours varying from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
• Saturday rota (8:00 am - 12 pm), usually 1 in 4 weeks.
• No OOH, no Bank Holidays

However, we understand the importance of flexibility, so we’re happy to discuss shift patterns and work hours to accommateod your preferences.
