Job description

Area Veterinary Surgeon

Location: Dorchester and surrounding area

Hours: Full time: 4-day week, with 1 in 6 weekends. Part time opportunities available

This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple practices, collaborating with diverse teams and managing a broad portfolio of cases. All practices supported are Branch Partner run, with experienced clinical staff and certificate holders, providing a platform to advance your career.

You will have the chance to influence and manage others, while developing your own skills and contributing to high standards across Medivet.

Supporting local practices, your rota will be planned in advance, with organized and structured days that allow you to handle varied cases.

You should have a passion for high-quality small animal care, enjoy teamwork, and be confident working as sole charge.

Experienced vets will bring a positive attitude and be comfortable performing routine surgeries with minimal support. You must be RCVS registered or eligible to register.
