Small Animal Vet - Cedar Veterinary Group

Cedar Veterinary Group is a fun, friendly, and thoughtful veterinary team seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with over 2 years of experience to join us! This is a maternity cover role starting August 2025.

Located in leafy Hampshire, near the New Forest and Jurassic Coast, we are a 2-site veterinary group, including a veterinary hospital with a dedicated out-of-hours team working nights and contributing to the weekend rota with our day team.

We are a dedicated team of 8.5 FTE Vets (including a vet with an Ophthalmology Cert), 7 FTE RVNs (HVN with a diploma in surgical nursing & ISFM cert in feline nursing), 1 trainee nurse, and 2 PCAs, alongside our support staff. We also have a visiting cardiologist and surgeon every 2 weeks. We are proud to be an RCVS accredited hospital, with 'outstanding' client service accreditation & ISFM gold standard!

Our recent vet locum said: 'Your staff are fantastic, everyone was so easy to get on with. I have LOVED it. Honestly. Friday was great and the team is brilliant.'

Our purpose-built hospital includes equipment such as:

• Modern ultrasound with Doppler
