Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician in the Woking area to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical plant across retail outlets. The role involves regular store visits, completing PPMs, reactive maintenance, and minor electrical/non-electrical tasks.

You will perform emergency lighting and fire alarm tests, identify faults, and advise on replacements. A strong electrical background with relevant SVQs and 18th Edition is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1+2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance.
• City and Guilds 18th Edition.
• AM2 / 2391.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Deliver reactive and planned catering and bakery equipment maintenance
• Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests and repairs.
• Complete general repairs and maintenance to customer sites
• Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.

Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Woking/Weybridge

£41,324.95 (+ 8% SLA)

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Electrician?to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve maintaining and repairing a range of electrical, mechanical plant and equipment in retail outlets, undertaking regular planned store visits to complete reactive, PPMs and minor repairs as requested by the customer (including non-electrical).

• £41,324.95 salary (+ 8% sla)
• 40 hour week
• Travel time paid after half hour each way
• OT paid at 1.5x Mon - Fri / 2x Sat-Sun
