Fuller’s is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive pro-active pre-booked growth across our pubs and hotels in Hampshire and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for events, private dining, and large group bookings, expanding the client base and supporting long-term business success.

Ideal candidates have multi-site sales experience in hospitality or events, with a proactive strategic mindset, strong CRM skills, and excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

Area Sales Manager

Salary of £37,000 to £42,000 plus Bonus

This role will cover a patch of pubs around Hampshire and surrounding areas

Experience in dining, weddings, consumers and repeat bookers is essential. This role will require travel around your area and to the Support Centre in Chiswick
