Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Plastic Drainage & Piping Systems to cover a national territory. You will drive sales of a high-end drainage range to builders and civils merchants, including JDP and Frazers, and grow distribution.

The role offers a base of £45,000–£50,000 with uncapped commission, plus a company car or car allowance and a full benefits package. You will be organised, proactive and able to manage projects from first inquiry to completion.

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience selling to builders merchants, ideally civils.
• Open in terms of what products you've dealt with.
• Ability to manage territory like its your own business.
• Organised, ability to follow projects through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Sell a high-end range of plastic drainage products to builders civils merchants and tier-one distributors.
• Meet turnover targets and manage assigned accounts while generating new business.
• Develop and nurture relationships with builders merchants (e.g., JDP & Frazers) and expand market share.

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Plastic Drainage & Piping Systems will involve:

• Technical field sales position, selling a high end manufactured range of building drainage products
• All of your time will be spent selling to builders / civils merchants such as; JDP & Frazers
• Turnover target will be determined on experience
• Will be given builders merchant accounts to manager however you will be expected to generate new business
