Courtney Smith is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales of timber and steel playground equipment across Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire. You will develop the existing territory, build strong relationships with councils, schools and parks, and manage tenders from enquiry to order.

The role offers a basic salary of £37,000–£44,000, uncapped quarterly bonus on installations, and a company car.

Salary and Benefits

• £37,000-£44,000 basic salary.


• Salary increases twice a year.


• Uncapped monthly bonus, paying 1% on qualifying installations against timber and steel equipment targets.
