Arnold Clark is hiring an Area Sales Manager based in Manchester to promote employee benefits and Short-Term Vehicle Rental across the UK. You will engage new and existing clients, manage accounts, and drive growth for the leasing portfolio.

The ideal candidate has experience selling Salary Sacrifice, is self-motivated, and understands the sales process. You will operate within a top leasing group and build strong business relationships.

We are recruiting an Area Sales Manager focused on promoting ‘employee benefits’ to prospective clients and Short-Term Vehicle Rental across the UK but based in Manchester.

Hours

Full time: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

About The Role

We’re looking for a candidate with experience selling Contract Hire, Salary Sacrifice and Vehicle Rental.

The role is ideal for a self-motivated, experienced and knowledgeable individual, have a solid understanding of the sales process and be commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic. who has the backing of one of the top leasing companies in the UK.

Day-to-day duties

• Present the benefits of our products to new and existing clients and qualify customer requirements.
• Update and add to the Customer Relationship Management system.
• Find and develop new opportunities.
• Account Management
• Keep up to date with the latest industry news and developments.
• Carry out all duties in an efficient and professional manner.
• Full responsibility for attaining and exceeding set targets
• Comfortable engendering long term business relationships
