Kärcher UK is seeking a proactive B2B sales specialist to drive profitable growth across key market segments, including Cleaning Equipment. You will own revenue across the territory and prioritise high-value activities such as site visits and product demonstrations.
Proven B2B sales experience, strong CRM skills with OneView, and data-driven planning are essential. A strategic, collaborative mindset will help you align with Kärcher Centers and regional goals in the UK.
Act as a specialist custodian of the Kärcher brand, proactively driving profitable and sustainable growth within the BSC, Industry, HoReCA, and Public Sector target groups.
Generate strategic demand and develop accounts, prioritising core growth categories such as Floor Care and Vacuum Cleaners.
Take full ownership of total revenue performance across your territory, encompassing Purchase, Lease, Hire, and Service.
Utilise the "OneView" CRM system to manage a data-backed sales pipeline and ensure rigorous tracking of opportunities.
Maximise customer-facing time by prioritising high-value activities like site visits and product demonstrations.
Implement regional strategies for key accounts and ensure local Kärcher Centers (KOKO) align with regional sales goals.

Proven B2B sales experience (Essential) with knowledge of the cleaning equipment industry (Desirable).
A track record of achieving growth targets in a competitive environment (Essential), ideally with experience in professional floor care or automated cleaning technology (Desirable).
High-level consultative selling skills, strong CRM (OneView) proficiency, and data-driven territory planning abilities (Essential).
The ability to conduct technical demonstrations of mechanical and autonomous equipment (Desirable).
A proactive, analytical, organised, and commercially aware approach, paired with excellent communication skills (Essential).
A strategic mindset, a willingness to make a difference, and an ability to work collaboratively (Desirable).
