Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Engineer to drive order growth in steam thermal solutions within the North West England territory. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual.

The role involves identifying, driving, and delivering sales and profit growth with an end-user portfolio by utilizing resources effectively and implementing solution selling. You will generate a pipeline of qualified projects proactively and focus on customer account management.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
  1. Preparing and executing territory action plans to foster business growth.
  2. Managing and developing customer accounts through targeted sales calls, solution selling, and exemplary service.
  3. Identifying, qualifying, and forecasting opportunities using Lead to Order processes and business tools.
  4. Developing engineering solutions and leveraging Customer Value Propositions to unlock sales potential.
  5. Managing the opportunity pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting weekly and monthly.
  6. Updating customer records and preparing reports using analytical approaches and business information tools.
  7. Collaborating effectively with internal and external support functions.
