Job summary
Page Personnel in Cardiff is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a large-scale FMCG manufacturing site. You will manage daily performance, drive safety, quality, productivity and cost efficiency, and lead a team to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in FMCG, strong people management, and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Lean/Six Sigma experience would be advantageous.
