Chalk Nursery Group’s Katey’s House Nursery & Pre-School seeks an Area Manager to lead five nurseries across South West London. You will own commercial performance and quality of provision, line-manage Nursery Managers, and drive occupancy and EBITDA within budget.

This senior role requires substantial EYFS and Ofsted experience, leadership with data-driven interventions, and safeguarding compliance with a strong people development focus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years as a Nursery Manager with statutory setting responsibility.
• Proven line-management experience across multiple sites.
• Strong occupancy drive and budget management experience.
• Deep knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding legislation.

Aufgaben

• Commercial Performance: Drive occupancy, revenue, and EBITDA against budget while managing staff costs, site expenses, and room capacity.
• Education & Care Quality: Monitor nursery rooms to ensure curriculum delivery and staff development.
• Compliance & Safeguarding: Act as Deputy DSL, lead inspection readiness and total compliance with EYFS and safer recruitment.
• Team Leadership: Line-manage Nursery Managers to build commercial literacy and leadership capability.
