Job summary

Partou UK is seeking an Area Manager to lead 8-10 nurseries across the South East, driving outstanding care, strong commercial performance, and positive experiences for children and families. This 12-month fixed-term role combines strategic leadership with hands-on site visits and team development.

You'll coach Nursery Managers, manage occupancy and budget targets, ensure EYFS/ofsted compliance, and travel across your portfolio, supported by a £55k salary plus £6k car allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership experience in a regulated care environment.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Data-driven approach to improvement.
• Coaching leadership style to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Nursery Managers to deliver high standards.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and cost targets across your portfolio.
• Conduct regular site visits and maintain quality and safeguarding standards.
