Job summary

The Kisimul Group is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the day to day operation of the adult residential provision and to lead delivery of vision and values by ensuring high-quality person-centred care and support across Kisimul services.

You will inspire, lead and motivate registered managers to develop an effective team that delivers individualised outcomes for people with learning disabilities, ensuring contractual and CQC compliance and ongoing service improvement.

• This is a varied and busy role where no two days are the same. The Area Manager will oversee the day to day operation of the adult residential provision and lead the delivery of Kisimul’s vision and values by ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and support in Kisimul services.
