Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple stores or clusters in a large format retail environment.
• Proven track record of delivering strong KPI performance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead stores across your geographical patch to deliver service excellence and meet business objectives.
• Manage P&L, budgets, sales forecasting and key performance indicators.
• Motivate and develop store teams, engage with head office and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures.
• Support local marketing and company events, share successes.
