Job summary

Momentum Facilities Management is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. Based in Hazlemere, High Wycombe, you will be the main contact for customers and cleaning teams, ensuring excellent service and driving growth.

You will manage audits, coach staff, interview new cleaners, resolve issues and mobilise new contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management or other service-led management roles.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts, acting as the main contact for customers and cleaning teams.
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service while supporting growth and success of the business.
• Conduct customer audits and coach cleaning teams; interview new cleaners; resolve operational issues; mobilise new contracts.
