Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a number of UK locations, starting in Harrow and the North West London region. The role focuses on driving sales, service and strong operational standards across multiple sites with progression into an own permanent area.

You will work with Store Managers and regional leaders to develop teams, monitor KPIs and ensure smooth running of the network, with travel across the regional store network and a UK driving licence as prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-site management experience is essential.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, self-storage or another customer-focused multi-site environment.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience managing sales and operational KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence.

Location: Harrow / North West London

Salary: £47,000 + guaranteed £2,000 quarterly bonus + £6,000 car allowance

Progression: Basic salary increases by circa £10,000 once appointed to your own permanent area

Are you an experienced multi-site retail manager looking for your next opportunity with a growing international business?

We're recruiting for an Area Manager to join an established organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Europe.

This role will initially involve supporting a number of locations across the wider UK store network, giving you the opportunity to learn the business, its people and operating model before moving into responsibility for your own permanent geographical area.

Due to the location of the stores, candidates should ideally be based in or around Enfield, North London or the surrounding Hertfordshire area.

The Role

You'll work closely with Store Managers and regional leadership to drive performance across multiple locations, with responsibility for:
