St Luke’s Hospice is seeking an experienced Area Manager or multi-site Retail Manager to oversee Shop Managers across Harrow and Brent. You will drive commercial performance, Gift Aid, and overall contribution while leading teams and volunteers in a purpose-led environment.
The role requires solid retail experience, multi-site leadership, and a data-driven approach to improve performance. You will be highly visible in shops and support recruitment, development, and succession planning.

The role
You’ll work closely with Shop Managers across your area, taking ownership of their performance and supporting them to deliver stronger commercial and operational results.

We’re looking for someone with solid retail experience and a strong understanding of commercial retail operations.
You’ll ideally have experience managing multiple sites and developing managers, whether as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or in another senior multi-site role in the charity space or outlet.
