Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a network of 24 shops across the South Coast to Dorset. You will work to drive profitability, coach teams through change and ensure high standards of customer service across the region.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent relationship building and a commitment to SATCoL values. Significant travel and overnight stays are involved, with a company car provided.

We have an amazing opportunity for an Area Manager who will contribute to the success and development of the Retail Division.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a confident, capable and compassionate leader who can support and develop our shop teams through a period of positive change.

On completion of a 12-week induction period, the successful individual will assume responsibility for 24 shops coveringthe South Coast, Kent to Dorset.

This role will include significant travel and overnight stays and comes with a company car.
