Samworth Brothers is seeking an Area Manager to lead a manufacturing team across safety, quality, people, service and cost. You will drive performance through Team Leaders and Supervisors, ensuring production plans are met and standards maintained.
You will develop teams, sponsor continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP. Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment is essential.
We are looking for a proactive and inspirational Area Manager to lead a manufacturing team within our food production operation. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for delivering performance across safety, quality, people, service and cost while creating a culture of continuous improvement. Leading through Team Leaders and Supervisors, you will ensure production plans are achieved, standards are maintained and teams are engaged, motivated and developed to perform at their best.
