• Carry out tasks within the food production process while adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Daily use of machinery while monitoring quality standards and ensuring that products are within specification and meet required standards.
• Ensure Standard Operating procedures are correctly followed and adhering to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
