Role Area Manager, Community Pubs – South East region

As one of four area managers in the South East region and part of a wider team of nine, you will be responsible for an area of 11 community pubs located around Cambridge, Hitchin, and the South East. In our Community brand, you will lead and develop your teams, helping them reach their full potential. You will oversee your own collection of pubs, generate innovative ideas, take calculated risks, and make necessary adjustments to meet customer needs.
