Job summary

TC Facilities Management is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across the Midlands. The role is based in the Birmingham/Coventry/Leicester region with a salary of £38,000 per year plus a company vehicle or car allowance.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure high service delivery, engage with teams and maintain strong client relationships. The position requires field leadership, field visits, and a hands-on approach to drive standards and compliance.

• Carrying out regular, structured site visits to ensure standards are maintained and expectations are exceeded.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Coaching and supporting on-site teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Managing rotas and reviewing hours to ensure budgets are maintained.
• Leading on recruitment, onboarding and training across your area.
• Reviewing audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
• Ensuring colleagues have the tools, training and support they need to succeed.
• Making sure all company policies, processes and compliance standards are followed.

Area Manager –

Location: Ideally based within Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester area, covering sites across the region
Salary: £ £38,000 per annum plus Company Vehicle or car allowance
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours:5/7 days per week (inc some weekends)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Area Manager to join our team here at TCFM, managing a portfolio of sites across the Midlands area.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations across your area, ensuring excellent service delivery, team engagement, and strong client relationships. You’ll be the key link between our on-site teams and our customers, making sure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
