Job summary

TCFM Cleaning Services in Rugby seeks a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to support site cleaning operations, uphold high standards and exceed client expectations. You will work with the Operations Support Manager, covering sites, managing rotas and driving service consistency across multi-site contracts.

Ideal candidates have cleaning or facilities experience, are reliable and flexible, with strong communication and a customer-focused approach. A UK driving licence is essential for site travel.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or facilities experience, preferably mobile or multi-site coverage.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible - able to adapt to shifting site demands.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently under own initiative.
• Full UK manual driving licence (clean) - essential for site travel
• Good understanding of Health & Safety standards and safe working practices

Responsibilities

• Support the effective delivery of cleaning services.
• Cover site absence and ensure consistency in cleaning standards and client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication with site teams and respond proactively to operational needs and issues.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with Health & Safety regulations (including COSHH where applicable).
• Take ownership of maintaining site audits, cleanliness checks and ensuring statutory compliance.
• Assist with onboarding/training new cleaning staff where needed.
• Help promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, safety and attention to detail.
• Managing rotas and reviewing hours to ensure budgets are maintained.
• Ensuring colleagues have the tools, training and support they need to succeed.
• Making sure all company policies, processes and compliance standards are followed.
• Building and maintaining strong, open relationships with our customers.

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, . This role is all about supporting our site cleaning operations, maintaining high standards, and ensuring clients’ expectations are met or exceeded. You’ll work closely with the Operations Support Manager, stepping in to cover sites, helping maintain service consistency, and being a point of quality and reliability in our cleaning delivery. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations across your site
