Urban Pubs & Bars in London is seeking an Area Support Chef to lead kitchen teams across the estate, maintaining high food standards from fresh ingredients and seasonal menus. You’ll cover kitchen shifts under the Executive Chef & Operations Manager, ensuring punctuality and accountability for consistent quality.

The role requires a dynamic chef with strong leadership, problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail. Great training, promotion opportunities, and staff incentives await.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen with a clear understanding of Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

Area Support Chefs are leaders with excellent communication and influencing skills. Creative, forward-thinking individuals who thrive under pressure and have a real passion for food, standards, and a talent for building and supporting strong teams.

You’ll play a key support covering kitchen shifts within a remit reporting to your Executive Chef & Operations Manager. You need to be organised and punctual, a accept responsibility for food standards in the kitchens and ensure that the food served at all times of the day consistently meets the Urban Pubs & Bars standards.

You Are:

• Able to demonstrate your experience of working with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus.
• Able to demonstrate experience of working in a professional kitchen showing a clear understanding of Health and Safety.
